Next Level Unlocked: Boost Your Building Solutions – Visit REHAU and MEPA at ISH2025

REHAU Building Solutions and MEPA are presenting their range of system solutions under the motto “Next Level Unlocked – Boost Your Building Solutions”. New products complement existing solutionsfurther expanding the coordinated portfolio.

Added value for tradespeople and planners

The optimized complete solutions save time and costs, increase productivity and enable smooth installations. Together, REHAU Building Solutions and MEPA offer innovative building technology, expertise and suitable systems from a single source. Instead of having many contacts for partial solutions, tradespeople have one competent system partner. This increases efficiency and cost- effectiveness – from planning to installation. Whether single-family homes, residential or commercial buildings – the joint product portfolio offers flexible complete systems and pre-assembled modules.

Efficient pipe systems and safe control

REHAU’s FASTLOC product plays a central role in the solutions for water-bearing systems. Visitors to the stand can see for themselves that the pipe system combines the simplicity of a push-fit connection with the safety of a sliding sleeve. There is no need to expand the pipes. The solution therefore saves time and reduces the workload of fitters on the construction site.

REHAU presents the optimized RAUPIANO PLUS drainage system, which equipped with a new seal and the innovative RAUCLAMP fixing. These additions ensure even greater safety as well as more efficient and faster installation.

In Frankfurt, REHAU will also be presenting RE.GUARD 2.0, a tried-and-tested water control system that monitors pipes around the clock and reliably detects burst pipes and even the smallest drip leaks. The system thus offers effective protection against pipe water damage and contributes to the long-term security of the water supply.

The right climate for every room

The second major topic at the stand is surface heating and cooling systems. With its Indoor Climate Comfort System, REHAU ensures comfort in every room and in every season. All REHAU components, i.e. fan coils, dehumidifiers and surface heating/cooling systems, can be conveniently controlled via the central NEA SMART 2.0 individual room control system. At the ISH, REHAU will also be presenting the new RAUTHERM NEO Contact cooling/heating ceiling, which complements the Indoor Climate System. The new product impresses with greater installation convenience and speed as well as high cooling and heating performance. REHAU will also be presenting a further development of the NEA room controller for surface heating and cooling systems, in which modern design and intuitive operation meet impressive functions.

REHAU offers local heating system solutions for a permanently secure supply. With the RAUVIPEX universal local heating pipe, REHAU presents a new benchmark in heat transfer. The product is suitable for connecting a heat pump for individual buildings, but also for heat transport in a heating network. RAUVIPEX can be installed quickly and flexibly and is available in a wide range of dimensions from d20 to d140. The new CLIP-FLEX joint completes the system network. It not only marks a node in the heating network. It is the new strong link for our local heating system solutions that have been tried and tested for decades. Thanks to the ball joint function, even extreme angle deviations of up to 22.5° can be mastered. The integrated EPDM sealing system ensures that different pipe types and pipe diameters can be easily combined – without separate sealing rings.

In the practical test

And because some things are best understood when you take them into your own hands, REHAU you to try them out at the Test & Try Area. The new generation of RAUTOOL assembly tools with RAUTOOL A-light3 QC and RAUTOOL Xpand2 QC as well as the Aquaproof tub sealing tape from MEPA could be tried out directly and experience why they stand for more efficiency and speed on the construction site.

From mounting frames to modular technology: MEPA at the ISH

MEPA is presenting the highlights of its broad product range at the ISH: the timelessly elegant “Orbit” design series from the MEPA flush plate range for WCs and urinals is further enhanced by the new glass laminate version. The toilet and urinal flush plates are available in six modern matt colors and offer flexible installation options: surface-mounted, partially recessed or flush-mounted for toilets and surface-mounted for urinals. In addition to the variety of colors, the plates impress with their soft-touch surface and high resistance.

The new “Aquaproof drill hole sealing set” ensures reliable sealing of drill holes in various wall and floor materials – including concrete, screed, aerated concrete, brick, sand-lime brick and plasterboard. As the sealing layers on walls and floors are only as strong as their weakest point, the set ensures a permanently secure sealing of drill holes and provides a continuous sealed sealing layer.

REHAU Building Solutions, MEPA and MCP Ferti- gungstechnik are joining forces under the name RM2 MODULES and setting new standards for precision and efficiency on the construction site. The new product line impresses with its prefabricated modular technology for pre-wall solutions, for example in bathrooms and kitchens. Customers benefit from new standards in individual precision and efficiency on the construction site.
